The pancreas is in the Digestive System. It is loacated under the stomach and liver and on top of the small and large intestine. It helps detoxify the food. The pancreas creates pancreatic juices that help break down food into even smaller pieces. It works by creating digestive juices that pass along the pancratic duct flowing through tubes that enter the small intestine. In conclusion, it makes hormones which control other bodily processes in the digestive system.
